1. General Fertility Support
· Target population: Open to all including individuals & couples, primary & secondary fertility challenges, new and seasoned in family building challenges

Pregnancy After Infertility Support Group (California)
· Target population: Open to anyone currently looking to gain support in the transition from a fertility challenged identity to pregnant (history of recurrent pregnancy loss included)
· Dates: Meets every second Monday of the month @ 12pm via zoom (no cost)

Women's Infertility Support Group (California and Georgia)
- Target population: Women struggling with primary infertility
- Dates: Drop in group meets first Thursday of each month @ 5:30 PM PST

Infertility Support Group (Michigan)
· Target population: Those navigating primary or secondary infertility in Michigan, Community-wide
· Dates: Meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 6-7 pm via Zoom, No cost

Infertility Art Therapy Support Group (Missouri/Kansas)
· Target population: Women navigating primary infertility in Missouri or Kansas
· Dates: Closed 8 week group occurring on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Fertility Support Group (North Carolina)
· Target population: Women preparing for or undergoing fertility treatment, including gamete recipients and IPs
· Dates: In person in Raleigh-Durham area; closed group, every 8 weeks, Monday evenings

Moving Through Infertility (NY, CT, NJ)
· Target population: All identifying women, Tri-state area (NY, CT, NJ)
· Dates: 8 week cohorts run year-round; typically Tuesday or Thursday, 7pm; meets virtually

Fertility After 40 (Virtual - EST)
· Target population: For people who have experienced infertility (primary or secondary) and are in their 40s
· Dates: Meets monthly (virtually), drop-in, open group on the last Wednesday of the month at 12 pm EST; facilitated by a psychologist; cost is $35

Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (Virtual - EST)
- Target population: For people who have experienced recurrent pregnancy losses.
- Dates: Tuesdays 12:15 -1PM EST. Facilitated by psychologist. $90 per session. Must commit to 4 sessions. Then there is an option to continue.

Fertility Parts Salon (California)
- Target population: Fertility Parts Salons are gatherings where those experiencing fertility challenges are guided through a 5-step process of exploring parts, gaining insight and uncovering self-compassion, within a supportive community.
- Dates: Virtually once a month

2. Third-Party Family Building
Intended Parent for Gestational Carrier Support Group
· Target population: Intended Parents at any point in the gestational carrier journey.
· Dates or frequency of meeting: We meet virtually every other Saturday at 9 am EST. The cost is $25 a session.

Intended Mothers through Surrogacy (California)
· Target population: Women who are considering surrogacy, or are already underway in a surrogacy journey, to have their first child. Must reside in CA.
· Dates: Every other Friday, 12-1pm PST, on Zoom. Groups will be run in a cohort style, with a total of 6 meetings. Cost $300.

· Target population: Intended parents building their family through donor conception and/or surrogacy

California BRCA Infertility Support Group (California)
· Target population: Support for those who received a BRCA positive diagnosis and are considering fertility preservation
· Dates: One virtual meeting a month

· Target population: Women intending to be solo parents/SMCs
