Dear Colleagues and Members of the Association of Reproductive Managers,
Stepping into the role of Chair for the Association of Reproductive Managers (ARM) is both a profound honor and a deeply meaningful moment for me. This community, your dedication, your resilience, and your shared commitment to helping patients build families has shaped my own journey in ways I could never fully express. To now have the privilege of serving you is something I embrace with genuine gratitude and humility.
Every day in our field, we witness the intersection of science, compassion, and human hope. The work we do is not easy; it demands emotional courage, operational excellence, and constant adaptation to the evolving world of assisted reproductive technology. Yet what inspires me most is how willingly each of you shows up, not just as managers or leaders, but as caretakers of the patient experience. You support your teams, your physicians, your patients, and one another, often in ways that go unseen but never without impact.
ARM has long been a place where we lift each other up, share openly, and grow together. It is this spirit of connection that I am most committed to nurturing during my time as Chair. My goal is to expand opportunities for us to learn from one another, to collaborate more deeply, and to find renewed strength in the collective wisdom of this community.
We are navigating a rapidly advancing landscape, one that challenges us to be creative, informed, and steadfast. But we face these challenges together, and because of that, I am optimistic about what lies ahead. Together, we will continue shaping a future where our practices thrive and our patients receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.
Thank you for placing your trust in me. I look forward to listening, learning, and working alongside you as we continue to elevate the art and practice of fertility care management.
With appreciation,
Michael Pagliuca
Chair, Association of Reproductive Managers (ARM) 2025-2026
