The SMRU Fellows Symposium at ASRM is a networking and educational opportunity tailored for Andrology Fellows and early career Reproductive Urologists. The curriculum is composed predominately by a moderated panel discussion with thought leaders in Reproductive Urology. Panel members will be composed of diverse backgrounds and professional experiences in Reproductive Urology representing both academic and non-academic practices. Discussions will include insights for achieving work-life balance, getting involved with ASRM/SMRU, compensation models/contract negotiation, how to optimize your fellowship experience and beyond.
