Amber Gamma, MS, CGC, Chair: Amber Gamma is a certified genetic counselor with over five years’ of experience in reproductive genetic counseling working in both fertility clinics and at carrier screening labs. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta in Canada with a specialization in Molecular Genetics. She then went on to receive her Masters in Science from the Joan H. Marks Program in Human Genetics at Sarah Lawrence College. Currently the first genetic counselor at IVI-RMA America, she counsels patients undergoing fertility evaluations and treatments about a variety of genetic tests and results. Her professional interests include advocacy for in-house genetic counselors in IVF clinics, emerging PGT technologies and expanded carrier screening.

Dina Nusblat, MS, CGC, Chair-Elect:

Dina Nusblat is a lead laboratory genetic counselor with CooperGenomics, a CooperSurgical Company.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Delaware and her master’s in genetic counseling from Arcadia University.  She has been practicing as a genetic counselor specializing in PGT for over seven years with her primary focus being PGT-M.  Dina has authored numerous abstracts and presentations focusing on PGT.  

Andria Besser, MS, CGC, Vice Chair:

Andria Besser is a board-certified genetic counselor and Director of Reproductive Genetics at the NYU Langone Fertility Center. She has spent the past 12 years specializing in assisted reproductive technologies (particularly preimplantation genetic testing) and preconception genetics, with experience in both IVF clinic and PGT lab settings. She has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications, committee opinions, and abstracts, and is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences. She is a past chair of the NSGC ART/Infertility SIG and has been an active member of ASRM since 2010 where she is currently serving the last of a 3-year term on the Patient Education Committee. Andria is passionate about integrating genetic counselors into all aspects of reproductive medicine, addressing the issue of underutilization of GCs in fertility clinics, and increasing GC presence throughout ASRM.

Katie Rembisz, M.S., CGC, Secretary-Treasurer:
Katie is a certified genetic counselor specializing in preimplantation genetic testing. She received a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University and began her career in cancer and adult genetics. Excited by the rapidly evolving field of ART, Katie switched specialties and joined the genetic counseling team at Igenomix. In this role, she provides counseling for patients pursuing testing through Igenomix, primarily focusing on PGT-M and PGT-A/SR. Katie also serves as a clinical resource for ordering providers and other healthcare professionals. She enjoys creating educational materials for both patients and clinicians, including results guides and scientific webinars. Katie is a member of the literature review committee for the National Society of Genetic Counselors ART/ Infertility SIG, and the Scientific Program Planning Committee for the ASRM GCPG. She serves as an ancillary faculty member for the Northwestern Graduate Program in Genetic Counseling and is passionate about incorporating PGT into genetic counseling training. Her professional interests include pre-test education and collaboration with non-genetics providers.

Jenna Miller, MS, CGC, Past-Chair:

Jenna Miller is a board-certified genetic counselor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Biotechnology from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science degree in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Jenna began her career in 2014 at the biotech startup Recombine, where she provided genetic counseling and performed clinical diagnostics for expanded carrier screening. She has been CooperSurgical’s clinical science liaison since 2017. In this role, Jenna travels North America educating healthcare providers about genomics within ART. She regularly collaborates with patient organizations like Resolve and also leads CooperSurgical’s IVF outcome data collection efforts.
