Chair

Leslie King, APRN, WHNP-BC

Leslie King is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in women’s healthcare. She currently serves as an Advanced Practice Provider at MCRM Fertility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and couples navigating their fertility journeys.

 

Leslie began her healthcare career in 2003 as a diagnostic medical sonographer, gaining over a decade of clinical experience in both hospital and private practice settings. Her background includes five years in high-risk obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine, which laid a strong foundation for her transition into advanced reproductive care.

 

While earning her Master of Science in Nursing, Leslie was recognized with the Leadership Award, a testament to her commitment to excellence and professional growth. She continues to lead within the field as the current Chair of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Advanced Practice Provider Professional Group (APPPG) Executive Board. She also contributes to the APPPG Conference Planning Committee, helping to shape ongoing education and collaboration among fertility care providers nationwide.

 

Leslie is a member of the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (SDMS), reflecting her continued dedication to the integration of imaging in reproductive healthcare.

 

With a unique blend of clinical expertise in sonography and advanced practice nursing, Leslie is passionate about providing personalized care that empowers patients and supports their reproductive goals.

Jeanine Price, DNP, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC

Dr. Jeanine Price, APRN, is a dedicated women’s health nurse practitioner at Shady Grove Fertility in Houston, Texas, with over 20 years of experience focused on supporting women throughout their reproductive journeys. She has been instrumental in implementing trauma-informed care practices within fertility clinics, aiming to enhance patient experiences during sensitive times. Actively involved in the ASRM Advanced Practice Providers Professional Group, Jeanine contributes to educational initiatives and recently co-authored a white paper summarizing effective collaborations between advanced practice providers and physicians. Her commitment to advancing women's health extends beyond clinical practice, as she engages with professional organizations to drive quality improvement in the field. Outside of her career, Jeanine enjoys long-distance running, pastry baking, and traveling with her family, including her husband, adult children, and grandson.

Vice Chair, APPPG Professional Development Committee

Jamie Feingold, MSN, NP-BC, WHNP-BC, C-RHI

Jamie Feingold is a Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University, where she completed dual certification in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and Women’s Health.

Jamie has dedicated her career to women’s health, with extensive experience in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), where she has organized and presented at numerous international conferences. Currently, she serves as Chair of ASRM’s Advanced Practice Provider Professional Development Committee and was recently elected Vice Chair of the ASRM Advanced Practice Provider Professional Group.

Jamie is pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Rochester School of Nursing, focusing on promoting full scope of practice among fertility APPs. She also serves as Assistant Director of Advanced Practice at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY.

 


Immediate Past Chair

Nicole Callahan, MSN, FNP-C

Nicole Callahan is a Nurse practitioner and Assistant professor of OBGYN, in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN (USA) and the past-Chair of the ASRM Advanced Practice Providers Professional Group.

Within REI she partners with the Reproductive surgery team, focusing on treatment of patients with endometriosis, uterine fibroids, Asherman’s syndrome and mullerian anomalies. She sees patients with simple to complex infertility issues, counseling on full spectrum fertility care. Her favorite part of being a nurse practitioner is helping patients break down complex disease into a more approachable and understandable one. Her research and quality improvement interests have included mindfulness techniques to improve fertility related distress and nurse practitioner professional development and retention.

In her leisure, she spends her days boating and biking in the summer, and cross-country skiing and sauna each winter.

Past Chair

Shana Perman, PA-C

Shana Perman, PA-C, graduated with her master’s in physician assistant studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. Her career started in the neonatal intensive care unit at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and she transitioned to the field of REI in 2013 after needing IVF to grow her own family. She practices at Shady Grove Fertility in Washington, DC and is an advocate for utilizing APPs within the field of REI.  This is her second year as chair of the planning committee for the ASRM APP Conference. She is the past chair of the ASRM APP Professional Group (AP3G) and a member of the SART Advisory Council.  Shana has given lectures at regional and national conferences and maintains board certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Tamara Tobias, WHNP-BC, ARNP

Tamara Tobias is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in reproductive medicine, with more than 27 years of dedicated experience in the field. Her professional journey reflects an enduring commitment to advancing reproductive healthcare, mentoring colleagues, and elevating the role of advanced practice providers within the specialty.

Tamara has made a significant impact within the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), where she currently serves as Director-at-Large on the ASRM Board (2025–2028)—making history as the first nurse or nurse practitioner to hold this position in ASRM’s 80-year history. Her longstanding contributions have been recognized with the ASRM Service Milestone Award (2023) for 15 years of leadership service, and the ASRM STAR Award (2021) for presenting at nine consecutive Annual Meetings. She also played an instrumental role in spearheading the formation of the ASRM Advanced Practice Provider Professional Group (APPPG) and has held multiple leadership positions, including Chair of both the ASRM Nurses Professional Group (NPG) and the APPPG, as well as serving as a SART Executive Council representative and frequent ASRM conference speaker.

Beyond ASRM, Tamara’s leadership extends across the reproductive medicine community. She is a Past President of the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS), Co-Chair of the Donor Egg Meeting and StartART Congress, and a respected speaker at national and international conferences. She is also the founder and past president of STARS (Seattle Tacoma Area Reproductive Society), a nonprofit organization dedicated to professional education in reproductive health.

Tamara is an accomplished author and educator, having published Fertility Walk and Bella’s Family Tree, as well as multiple articles in nursing journals and professional newsletters. Her clinical excellence has been recognized through numerous honors, including Seattle Magazine’s Top Nurse Practitioner (2014, 2017), Seattle Metropolitan Magazine Top Doctor (2020, 2021, 2022, 2024), and Employee of the Year at Seattle Reproductive Medicine (2014). Prior to her career in reproductive medicine, Tamara served her country as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy.

Tamara earned her Nursing degree from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota, completed her Nurse Practitioner training at Harbor-UCLA, and received her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach

Anne Judge, DNP, WHNP-BC, C-RHI

Anne Judge, DNP, WHNP-BC, ARNP is a Nurse Practitioner at Poma fertility. Anne has worked in the fertility field since 2007 and has both a personal and professional connection to the field of reproductive medicine.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Washington, where she completed an honors research project on paternal infant attachment. Passionate about women’s health, Anne initially worked as a labor and delivery nurse, until her personal experiences with infertility inspired her to make a career change into reproductive medicine. Anne obtained her graduate degrees from Frontier Nursing University. She obtained a Master's and then Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2016/2017, with a doctoral project on fertility care for patients with obesity. Her other professional interests include the psychological components of infertility and male factor infertility. Anne also supports outreach efforts to increase community awareness of fertility assessment and fertility preservation.
